We accept payments through credit cards AMEX, Visa, MasterCard and via Paypal.
You will receive a confirmation email if the order is successful.
Amendments and cancellations can be made within an hour after an order is being placed. Please email us to make any changes or to cancel the order. We regret that we will not allow amendments or cancellations after the specified timeframe.
We offer self-collection and express shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to make the arrangements!

Delivery charges are flat rate of $6 within Singapore and free shipping for orders above $60. Local orders are typically delivered in 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Yes we do! Self-collection can be made at 27 Ridout Road, Singapore 248421 by appointment only. We will email you to arrange an appointment if you have opted for self-collection.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Return & Exchange
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. We generally do not accept any returns and refunds unless it is due to manufacturer's defect only. For returns of any defected items, please contact us with supporting photos. Please note that the item(s) should be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition.
Once we have received the item and reviewed the condition of the item we will email you to confirm the return and issue a refund in 14 business days.
Should you wish to exchange your order you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. However, please make sure that product is in its original packaging and condition. We will accept the exchange upon reviewing the product and replace your purchase with a product of your choice
We cannot accept items that are not in a re-saleable condition ie. leather has been marked when trying on. When you receive your collar, please try on your dog first without doing up the buckle. Exchange is not guranteed and is subjected to our review of the returned product.
We are sorry that we cannot accept an exchange for sale items and all sales are final.
